Muddy Truckers Trophy 2012

23rd – 25th March 2012

This year’s event will be held entirely in North Yorkshire, it will be a two day event with a night special section on Friday night. As normal for the event this will be a competition for teams of two vehicles.

This year’s event will not involve compulsory camping, however, camping is the preferred option as it represents the spirit of the event. The event will be for teams of two vehicles and competitors will be expected to be self sufficient in terms of spares and tools from the start of the night stage on Friday until the event finishes on Sunday afternoon. Access to support vehicles will be available if required however this facility will incur a time penalty of at least 90 minutes.

Equipment doesn’t need to be carried throughout the event, it can be off loaded at the start of the sections or can be left at the camp site (for those camping).

You will need to drive on public roads during the event to enable you to get to the camping areas and also the competition sites so all vehicles must be road legal.

There will be a hog roast at the camp site on Saturday night and a large fire will be built on both Friday and Saturday nights. Portaloos will also be available at the camp site.
